Exterior Storm Check: Storm checks are based on requests only from the homeowner. Once a storm has passed or if there is an incoming concerning storm please contact us and we will have your property on our schedule to be checked.

Documentation of the home with pictures and notes after the storm will be provided to the homeowner.

Off season property checks:

We offer weekly, bi weekly or once per month off season property checks. 

 

• Complete property walk through

• Check every room inside the property

• Check attic for leaks / rodents

• Check appliances

• Check and set thermostat (also check air filters in HVAC systems)

• Check smoke detectors and alarms

• Flush toilets (if not winterized) check all interior pipes/run all water.

• Check windows (frames, screens, locks)

• Check lights

• Perimeter walk (check fencing,sheds)

• Take pictures and send to property owner with brief description of condition of property included would be suggested repairs if needed
